Sport Birmingham - Welfare Pilots Application

- We want to work with clubs who have faced challenges around welfare and safeguarding, to learn about what works for what clubs and most importantly - why.
  
  Please outline your current structure around safeguarding and welfare at your club, and the problem you would like to improve through the pilot. (max 300 words)

Eligibility

- Does your club or organisation have a committee or governance structure?*
- The purpose of this grant is to learn about what interventions work for clubs, what don't, and why. We are not concerned with the "success" of interventions, we are interested in learning about activities funded by the grant.
  
  To do this, we want all interventions to be completed by the end of June 2025, and all clubs to engage in interviews for learning purposes by the end of July 2025.
